No Return or Refund for Change of Mind
If the product has no defect or issue, we do not accept returns or refunds.
This includes requests such as:
- Changing the colour after receiving the product
- Changing your mind about the purchase
- Any preference-related changes
Defective Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 1 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and arrange an exchange where applicable.
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are provided instead.
1 Year Print Guarantee
Our 1 Year Print Guarantee is separate from our normal return/exchange policy.
Every eligible product comes with a 1 Year Print Guarantee Card.
If the print fades within the guarantee period, simply contact us and share the required details along with your guarantee card. We will manage the process and provide you with a 100% new product exchange according to the guarantee terms.
Important
Products that have been used or washed are not eligible for normal defect-based exchange. The 1 Year Print Guarantee specifically covers print-fading issues as stated on the guarantee card.
